Terms of Service

1. The service

Elaviqo is software for running a salon: billing, appointments, clients, staff, reports and related tools. The features you can use depend on your plan.

2. Free trial

New salons get a 15-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep using Elaviqo. If you don't, your salon is paused and later deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Plans and payment

• Current plans and prices are shown on our website. Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in advance.
• Yearly plans are charged for 10 months and cover 12.
• Extra items such as additional messages or branches are charged as shown when you add them.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• If a payment is missed, we may pause your salon until it is paid.

4. Your account

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff logins.
• Give accurate information, and keep your email up to date so we can reach you.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

5. Your data

The data you put into Elaviqo belongs to your salon. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' and staff's information, and for getting your clients' permission before sending them messages where the law requires it.

6. Fair use

Please don't:

• use Elaviqo for anything illegal, or to send spam;
• try to access other salons' data, or break or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.

We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Elaviqo running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided as it is. Keep your own records of anything critical to your business.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Elaviqo is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Elaviqo at any time. Payments are final and not refunded, except charges made by mistake; see our Refund Policy. Ask us before you leave and we will help you export your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use Elaviqo after a change means you accept it.
